At Next Chapter Finds, we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping and delivery policies below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or high-demand items may take longer to process; any delays will be communicated via email.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (5-10 business days) – Flat rate based on item size and weight.
Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) – Additional charges apply.
Local Delivery (Same Day) – Available for customers in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Local Delivery (If Applicable)
Local (Same day) delivery may be available within the Washington, DC Metro Area.
Delivery fees and availability will be shown at checkout.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Oversized or fragile items may require special handling and additional shipping time.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
As a secondhand shop, all items are sold “as-is,” and we do not offer refunds or replacements for damaged items. We carefully inspect and describe each item before listing it to ensure transparency.
If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered,” please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once they leave our facility.
